There is a MultiMail Conduit for Outlook Express Mac available at the
Palm/MultiMail website. For Entourage, you apparently just need point to the
Microsoft Entourage application file when the "Where is Outlook Express?"
box comes up.

(This may mean that there is an AppleScript that makes up the conduit ,
where you could change the

    tell application "Outlook Express"

to

    tell application "Microsoft Entourage"

if the script is available and editable, not run-only), but the quick
pointing method apparently works for everyone.
