MUD back-up script???

Is the MUD backup script supposed to make both a backup folder AND an Old
Backup folder? It keeps doing it on my machine and it does take up some
room. Is there a setting somewhere I've overlooked?

Does anybody have an answer for my latest question about double rebuilds
sometimes being necessary to shrink the Messages file?
