Apparently MultiMail is really produced by Palm, since messages to customer
support get answered from Palm. They are unbelievably unresponsive.
I was trying to adapt MM's Outlook Express scripts from OE to Entourage. The
thing runs, but fails to hot sync any mail to MM, although it loads the
Inbox into the normal Mail app. Looking at one script, it appears that this
happens when the MM part errors out. There is another script that is
compiled run-only so I cannot modify it.
When I simply asked the vendor when, or if, they planned to produce an
Entourage version, which should be a snap since OE and Entourage have almost
identical scripting for the basics, they replied that they could not comment
on any unreleased products. They won't even say they are considering
adapting it for Entourage.
They've entirely lost my interest!
