I have a problem faxing a word document. I am using Word 2001 for Mac, as part of Office 2001 for Mac running under MacOS9.01. I am also using FaxSTF 5.1. My problem is that I would like to fax a letter I typed up in Word. I am aware that I can, or should be able to, change the print command under file to fax command by means of a keyboard shortcut but this has ceased to work for me. I wonder if some kind person can point me in the right direction, unless, of course, Microsoft in their omniscient wisdom has arbitrarily withdrawn this facility from Office 2001 for Mac.

I am (and some of my clients) using office 2001 and FaxStf and I (we) have no problem faxing, maybe if you would update your version of faxSTF everything would work and you wouldn’t have to blame Microsoft.

I have the latest version of FaxSTF and it worked until I started to use Office 2001 for Mac.

Denes,

I am sorry to hear that, but there must be something else involved. E.g., another conflicting extension that I and others do not have since it works fine for us. Have you done some trouble shooting of other extensions? (I must say that I have a variety, though not a lot, of third party extensions and it all works well for me.
