Not necessarily. When Entourage needs to display a complex HTML message, it
uses a separate component, the IE Control, to display the message. If
something happens that prevents Entourage from successfully using the IE
Control (e.g., it can't find the control, or there isn't enough memory
available to load the control), then Entourage uses its own internal HTML
display capabilities, which is what you have reported.
The first tip addresses the potential problem of Entourage not being able to
find the control. The second tip addresses the potential problem of
Entourage not having enough available memory to load the control.
