In my experience, this sort of thing is a result of the way that Entourage
copies the whole display name-plus-email address to the clipboard even when
you only want to copy one or the other. It takes a tremendous amount of
moving around in the little text entry boxes to find just the right bits to
delete. It would be nice if we could copy just the email address or just the
display name to the clipboard in the normal way by selecting just that bit
in the headers.
