Unfortunately, that does not seem to be it. I had already deleted all 
my accounts, deleted the Office 2001 Identities folder and then 
restarted Entourage to set up only one IMAP account. I have the same 
problem. Should I perhaps try rebuilding? What was the method for 
doing that?
