There are two options that I know of:
Using your mac.com account, connect to it using IMAP from Outlook on
Windows. Copy the messages you want to export from Outlook up to new IMAP
folders in your Mac.com account. Then access this mail via IMAP from
Entourage.
Export the messages from Outlook into the standard MBOX file format. Then do
a File:Import of these MBOX files in Entourage.
