Your problems are very strange indeed; in all the time I've used it, since
it first came out, I have never heard of anyone else having such odd
problems. As to the date problem: Does anything else show strange dates?
What are the settings in your Date and Time Control Panel? What time zone
and time format are you using there?
The second problem is even more bizarre. It almost sounds as though you have
a corrupt copy of Entourage. What version of the Mac OS are you using? When
you speak of "buttons in the force quit box" it sounds almost like OS X.
You might want to try launching Entourage after restarting with all
extensions off (hold down Shift while starting up). It will force Entourage
to reinitialize all its libraries and give you a clean copy. You probably
won't be able to go on line, but you should be able to compose a new mail
message and save it for later sending--if all goes well.
