No.

As I recall, we on the list discussed this with the MS people at great
length. Their reasoning is that there is a standard about line lengths for
mail and they are observing it. Several of us wanted the ability to send
unwrapped text (as in scripts, command lines to remote processers, etc).
That led into a discussion of the format Eudora can do, "flowed text" or
something like that. I suspect, though, that you (or others) would also like
to be able to use <shorter> line lengths...am I right?
