I was just illustrating the way to get the names of all your schedules
without having to actually go to Entourage and look for them. IOW, if you
open the script editor, then open the result window (command-L), then type:
Tell Application "Microsoft Entourage"
name of schedules
End tell
Then hit Run and look at the Result Window, all the names of your schedules
will be there for your perusal.
Then you can erase the above script and replace it with the one below and
compile and save it for use in the Script Menu.
I can never remember the names of all my schedules (actually I have more and
truncated the list in my example :-)
In summary, all you really need is:
Tell Application "Microsoft Entourage"
Execute Schedule "Put_Name_of_Schedule_Here"
End tell
Jim
P.S. Thanks for the Classic Environment PDF of your talk at the Expo, some
good info in there.
