HTML messages are not displaying in Entourage

Title: HTML messages are not displaying in Entourage

I am using Entourage, version 9.0.1  with sr1
installed. I'm running OS 9.1 on an Dual G4 connected to an Exchange server 5.5 service pack 4, via Ethernet and Dave 2.5.2  

I have all the HTML appropriate preference options checked in Entourage. I have
trashed the Entourage preference file in the System Preferences folder and
the PPC Registration Database preference file with no change in display.
Currently HTML messages come in as text only. I've also increased Entourage's memory allotment to 60000 K.

I am stumped on what to try next. Any help with be appreciated.
