I believe rules work with Folder ID's instead of names, that's why you can
change the name of a folder and have a rule still work, or at least that's
been my experience, simply moving folders or creating new ones with the same
names on a different computer may break the folder ID binding for the rule,
if so, you can test this by simply going into the rule and reselecting the
folder the rule is applied to. Worth a shot anyway.
