I appreciate all the replies to my previous post. I will let the sender know and just an fyi. No software is perfect, regardless how much anyone wants to believe otherwise. The best one can do is make the software perform so well that  discrepancies are rare, which “IS” the case with Entourage, a truly great program. Please don’t flame me. It is great software as I have said in all my posts.
