Sorry, Paul, Steve is right.  If you remove it from the Office folder it
will not be recreated.  Also, it was in the Office folder in the original
release, the SR did not chnge the IE control.  Giving Entourage is a good
idea, and deleting the PPC Registration Database file may also help.

I'm happy to say that this system is much less fragile in Entourage for OS
X.
