Thanks, so its possible to use Entourage in a corporate setting of Exchange calendaring somehow?  (I am by no means an iCal expert – where can I find info on it?)

Also, is direct Exchange support on the roadmap?

It will not read your calendar directly from Exchange. It still uses iCal for Calendaring. The iCal support has been improved quite a bit though.
