I have received a number of messages with the following header. They are
quite annoying at best, but apparently are becoming more common. In
Entourage, I receive the entire file as text, rather than rendered as HTML.
The HTML content begins immediately after these headers.
Actually, I think the Entourage behavior is correct, and it is the mailer
that is the problem, but I would like confirmation. Is there some sort of
correction I can send to these people so that their messages are properly
formatted?
