You picked up the ball I dropped a long time ago (for similar reasons) and helped that guy with all that messy text manipulation business with staggered columns in the sender address placed in the message body for forwarding internal mail, etc. etc. etc. He forwards these messages to his home email address so he can use his own Entourage to reply, instead of his business's Lotus Notes program. (He keeps asking for more and more help, as I recall, every time his IT administrators catch up with him doing this and make another break or stagger in the message body address to thwart him. It's a losing battle - that's why I gave up on this after the previous round when you took it over.)
