It isn't so much an issue with items that aren't at the top of the menu. One of the unwritten rules of UI design on the Mac is not to put a hierarchal menu as the first item in a menu because they tend to be very hard for users to hit. It is even worse on Windows, where the menu interferes with keyboard navigation! Unfortunately, companies (and I'm not singling out Microsoft here!) seem to be forgetting lessons of the past. Personally, I think redesigning to somehow remove the hierarchal menus for Run Schedule and Send & Receive is in order. At a minimum, something like this: Send & Receive All Send All Send & Receive Account > Run Schedule > Send & Receive All is probably the most commonly used menu command in the program. It should be at the top of a top-level menu... it really doesn't make sense for it to be so hard to get to. Sorry if I ranted a bit there. This has been a pet peeve of mine in Entourage since I started using it. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To search the archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
