Nope, I checked and that wasn't it.

Except that redirect doesn't let you add content/text, and it doesn't
include your own info (you know this, I know ;)). Usually when I'm using
"forward," it's because I want to add content and/or make it clear that I'm
forwarding.

It does appear to be a bug after some further testing with several different
messages.
