"Choose" keyboard shortcut?

Title: "Choose" keyboard shortcut?

When I add an attachment to a document, there does not seem to be any way, within the getfile dialog box, to select the “Choose” button from the keyboard. Usually the Return or Enter key does this, or optionally the C key. Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this short of using a macro program?
