If the "good" Yahoo addresses are in your Address Book, you just need to set
up a rule like this:

If all criteria are met:

<From> contains "Yahoo.com"
<From> is not in Address book

Move message to Deleted Items
Change Status to Read

That will trash all Yahoo messages except those from people known to you.

If you are concerned that some person you don't know, but <want to respond
to>, will send mail from a Yahoo account, you could move the mail to an
interim folder called "Suspected spam" or something like that, and peruse it
once a day, deleting those you don't want and saving those you do.

I already have my Junk Mail Filter turned on so that it basically does this
for <all> incoming mail. It moves all mail from anyone not in my address
book to folder "Junk" and sets it to Category Junk (which I have set to a
unique color), which I peruse periodically. You could use JMF also, unless
you really want to restrict this action to mail from Yahoo.
