Yes, and its presence proves that the message is being caught by the Junk
Mail Filter. Something else is keeping your rule from working. Most likely,
some other rule that comes before this one is being triggered, and has the
checkbox marked that prevents any further rules from applying. Try moving
your junk mail rule to first place in your rules list.
