We can't even mass-COA people, like we did when uswest.net moved into qwest,
because not all home.com accounts are moving... Thank you, excite@home. (I'd
suggest they rot in hell, but they already are... Giggle)

Pop? Or IMAP?

If pop, most likely you have a previous session that aborted and left a lock
file around. You need to talk to the rogers admins about fixing this. It's a
server thing, not an entourage thing.

If it's IMAP, it may me Rogers is only allowing single connections. Do you
have live-sync enabled? Dealing with multiple folders at once? If so, try
turning it all off and see if it helps.

I'm betting you run POP, and it's a dead lock on the server, though.
