Would you lik Pop? Or IMAP? If pop, most likely you have a previous session that aborted and left a lock file around. You need to talk to the rogers admins about fixing this. It's a server thing, not an entourage thing. If it's IMAP, it may me Rogers is only allowing single connections. Do you have live-sync enabled? Dealing with multiple folders at once? If so, try turning it all off and see if it helps.
