I just noticed it a few days ago after I had been working in Internet Explorer Classic for a while (was doing something Java based that wouldn't work in any of the OS X browsers). I came back to Entourage and noticed the missing sounds. All I know is that with Classic closed, I can quit and relaunch Entourage and get the sound back. But if Classic is open I have no sound and can't do anything to get it back.
