Unfortunately, the rebuild engine in OE is not as good as in Entourage, so badly corrupted identities may possibly not get fixed. You could quite easily write a script to say "if email address is such and such, then set account of the message to such and such". I can't recall at this moment if you can change accounts of received messages or if you'd have to make a duplicate with the same message source but different account and delete the original, but either way, it could be done.
