PGP for OS X remains under development, but NAI has placed portions of its PGP business up for sale. Will Price of PGP has said on the PGP list that NAI has decided the OS X version won't be released until that sale has taken place. (As yet, there has been no announcement as to prospective buyers.) That aside, Will has said on the PGP list in early December: >> There may never be a plugin for Eudora on OS X (even assuming that a final >> version of Eudora Carbon is ever actually released). I recommend >> familiarizing yourself with Mail.app (for which we intend to have a full >> plugin with all the capabilities offered by the old Eudora plugin such as >> PGP/MIME), or alternatively we intend to offer integration with Office X's >> Entourage similar to what we do there on OS 9 today. He has also said that the X version is fully Cocoa. In the interim, PGP still works well in Classic, though switching back and forth just to encrypt/decrypt is a bit of a pain. A GPG alternative is available now for use with Mail: <http://www.versiontracker.com/moreinfo.fcgi?id=10049&db=mac> Lots of us are waiting/hoping for the new PGP for X, so you're not alone. Hope this helps some. -- B I L L L A M B | [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
