I believe that MLM rules can't be coaxed to run on messages that have
already been admitted to the Inbox, as a way of making sure that they don't
run a second time and go round and round.

What you could do  is make a regular rule that has the same action with the
criterion being that "Any To Recipient' contain the mailing list address,
and an equivalent criterion for each mailing list address within a "Match if
ANY criterion applies'. Then run All Rules (or just this rule, if you keep
it to one - faster) on all selected messages in your inbox.

This would be easier than the Alternative of using a custom view to find
these messages, drag them all out, delete the ones in Entourage, then drag
the .eml files back in again and delete the eml files.
