If you ever intend to print out anything you type, you <must> get used to it. A good book for any Mac user to read in this regard is, "The Mac is Not a Typewriter" by Robin Williams. (If you don't want to spend money on it, check your local library; they probably have it or will get it for you.) It details all the <many> ways that writing on a Mac differs from writing on a typewriter, and it has a lot of really good tips for making it easier and making your printed documents look a lot better. -- Microsoft MVP for Entourage/OE/Word Allen Watson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> XNS name: =Allen Watson Applescripts for Outlook Express and Entourage: <http://homepage.mac.com/allenwatson/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
