I switched from Palm Desktop as soon as Office for OS X was released. There's a lot that I like about Entourage, but it's frustrating how often I have to use the mouse to get things done.
For instance, to quickly look up a phone number, I use command-2 to switch to the address book. But, invariably, the pop-up for the filter is set to "Name" when I need "Company" (or vice versa).
