It shouldn't be that hard. Your Entourage 2001 data is stored in the folder
Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2001 Identities/Main Identity. The
data in Entourage X is stored in your $HOMEDIRECTORY/Documents/Microsoft
User Data/Office X Identities/Main Identities.

There is an import feature in Entourage X, but as near as I can tell, it
requires Entourage 2001 to be installed. I believe you can get around this
by setting up imac for sharing and mount the Imac hard drive from your
ibook. Then in Entourage X, look for File-Import, select from a program,
select Entourage 2001, and find the Microsoft User Data folder on your
mounted imac HD.

Otherwise, you can copy the Microsoft User data folder from your imac to a
Zip or to a location on your ibook HD (OTHER THAN
$HOMEDIRECTORY/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office X Identities/Main
Identities) and import. I don't know what will happen when Entourage X looks
for the Entourage 2001 program. If I remember, there was a work around for
this, but I don't remember what it was.
