Help. Can anyone please tell me how to fix a 4361 error in Entourage. The user is running the latest version of Entourage 9.2.2 (ie. for Office 2001 under OS 9.x). I have tried holding down the option key and using either rebuild options, but neither work. If I rename the users "Main Identity" folder and create a new one then Entourage will open and run, but of course all of the users email messages and contacts are in the original folder. The database file is corrupt. Is there anyway to fix the corrupt file? What are the possible options? I've posted messages to the newserver at Microsoft and emailed all sorts of people, but have not found a fix yet. I know that other people have had this problem because there are posts on Macfixit, but no one has ever posted a solution.
