So, what's your problem then? (may be I didn't get
your request quite right, yet)

Sync E'rage to Palm, Palm to Phone and back Phone to
Palm and Palm to E'rage.

Of cause the whole process is clunky -- the three
databases are of different layout and therefore the
sync procedure doesn't work well for contacts which
have multiple phone numbers.

Looks to me all that's needed is Palm and mobile phone
manufacturers to adopt E'rages database layout :-/
