We use Entourage and AppleShareIP 6.3.1 as our server, using the IMAP protocol.
Occasionally, yet consistently we will get the following error when trying to retreive a message from the server. Error receiving message 317 UID failed Error 1025 We've done rebuilds of the database, upgraded to service release 1 for Office 2001, and continually update our folder lists. Before I bat heads with Apple, I wanted to find out if others had received this error with entourage, and what they did to remedy it.
