To clarify a bit further. The suffix data field in the contact record is
labeled suffix or title depending on which dialog box is open. This is very
confusing especially as the suffix field is generally part of the name, and
may contain such information as Junior, Senior, etc. in addition to the
educational achievement notations above (in which you have failed to include
P.E. for professional engineers). As title is used exclusively for honorific
titles - Mr., Ms., san, sama, etc. in Entourage 2001, this could cause a
problem when dealing with contacts created at different times. (Note that
since I generally know by the setting of the Japanese contact flag, it is
easy for me to correctly place the honorific when designing the form
letter.) However, if sometimes the honorific is in the title field and
sometimes it is in the suffix field, I have to manual inspect and correct
each letter before it is sent.
