You responded to this over a week ago.  I’ve been busy and haven’t had the time to respond back.  Since I believe autocomplete should also work in Entourage (as in when writing emails), we can discuss this as mostly an entourage issue.

No.  As a test, I use an unusual name in my address book.  I type in the whole name in Entourage or Word and no autocomplete works.  In Word, I go: Insert -> Autotext -> Checked “Show autocomplete...”  Still nothing.  To be honest, I didn’t even know autocomplete should be happening in Entourage.    I can’t find any preferences related to this.  Is there something I should be turning on?

After we get that working, I want to use the control-click feature to get a drag down menu that allows me to select the address.
