Hi there, Seems no-one can offer a reason why Entourage X can't retrieve my Hotmail...
I've run the Hotmail service release for Entourage, I've set-up and re-set-up the account many times, followed the Help advice and still I get the "Error 1411" message... Does anyone know what this error number refers to? (pleading!)
