Go to Entourage>Mail & News Preferences, click the "Compose" tab. In the
bottom section, marked "Recent Addresses", uncheck the box next to "Display
a list of recently used addresses when addressing messages". You can also
click the "Clear List" button to get rid of all the "remembered" addresses.
