No have not tried Netscape. I’ve tried several times, but often found my system locking up with the browser – strange I know – but true! Have not tried it with 9.2. Presumably they do offer some kind of full html service?
Sorry to be so terse. Yes, my understanding (not having done it myself) is that you can do full, complex HTML mail with it. Presumably through Composer.
