This was a thread a while back that didn't seem to be resolved, and I am experiencing the same thing:
>From home I connect to my ISP via modem. My Entourage X check mail schedule is supposed to work "only when connected." But it keeps checking even when I am disconnected. What is Entourage supposed to be looking for? Anything besides a TCP/IP connection? Will an AppleTalk connection (I have an EtherTalk LaserWriter) trigger this behavior?
