Hi    

You suggested: “In General Preferences, under the Spelling Tab, select or create a custom
dictionary, and then you will be able to add words.”

Under the Spelling Tab, next to the words “Custom Dictionary” there is a button “Dictionaries.”  I click it, but it only allows me to select, not create one.  I don’t understand how to create a custom dictionary.  In Help menu, I type in “Custom Dictionary” or “Create Dictionary” and nothing comes up about that.
