I could not get my HP DeskJet 935C to print from Entourage (in OS X) and I tried everything, loading and reloading the driver, getting a new USB cable, etc...nothing worked, I called HP and they asked me to look at the Page Set-up in Entourage. I did so and it had a default setting of 1400% that I had never noticed. I changed it to 100% and it works just fine.
