I�ve been using Entourage as my email client since Office X became available. My inbox and "sent mail" folders are quite cluttered, so I've just tried to create my first rule. Basically, it says that if "To" equals "spam" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> then the message should be filed in a folder I've created called Spam Reports.
Currently, I select incoming spam messages in my inbox manually and forward them to "spam" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. Then I delete the spam messages manually. At the moment, I'm selecting all messages in the Sent Items folder periodically and applying this rule. Is there a way to automate this so that the messages I've forwarded get filed in the Spam Reports folder automatically and the incoming spam gets placed in the Deleted Items folder automatically?
