Entourage makes it easy to sort your mail. Do you use the Mailing List Manager and Junk Mail Filter? Use the MLM for your lists like this one. Essentially the MLM is a user friendly approach to Rules. When you set up a MLM it ask you to add to your address book. Be sure to do this. The Junk Mail filter never acts on messages that are in your address book. If you get a good piece of mail caught by the JMF, click on the "this is not junk" and select the best option. For example, adding the domain is a good choice for mail that comes from Apple. Rules can take care of the remainder of your mail. If you use Categories, then make a rule that mail from category Buddies, for example, would place all your mail from your friends in your Buddy folder. This way you don't have to add each individual address.
