It does indeed sound like an SMTP problem, but it may not be Entourage. Are you sure your SMTP settings in Erage are still the same? I would double check those first. Assuming that those are correct, then it would be the SMTP server and not Erage at fault, since I too could send to that address (this from a Charter account).
