Why, I wonder, do you have three OE app files? How about identifying the real OE file you use, and making the other two unavailable (move them to an external disk, or use Stuffit to stuff them so they cannot execute and change the name)? When there is only the one, valid OE app, that might help. Perhaps something is getting confused.
