I don't think you can do that.

You can do that. if you don't point to any folder for Sent Items in the
Advanced page of the account, messages will be stored in the regular Sent
Items folder "On My Computer". Then just make an Outgoing Rule to store them
in a local folder of your choosing according to any of the available
criteria, including what the account is. (All the messages from that IMAP
account could be stored in a local folder with a similar name, for example.)
