I may be mistaken, but doesn't Apple recommend quitting network applications
before renewing/changing DHCP leases? If I understand the situation, you are
moving between networks, and obtaining a new lease as you arrive at the new
network. Thus, you should quit (restart) Entourage each time you change
networks.
