Best way I know is to select all the text of the message and copy it to a
text file using something like BBEDit, Tex-Edit Plus, or even Word (save as
text file); then, drop the file onto Stuffit Expander. It should recognize
the encoding and decode it. If not, you'd need to specify the decoding. I'm
not sure Stuffit Expander can do that; you might need Stuffit Deluxe or
another decoder program (I know there is another circulating but forget the
name; try searching on Versiontracker.com for "file expansion" or
"decoding").
