I have posted a similar question in the past and don't recall getting an
answer.
I am using Entourage 9.1 (Office 2001) and MAC OS 9.2. I use Entourage only
for email so a lot of what you all write about is greek to me... :-)
So if someone has a clue as to how to solve this problem, please speak in
laywoman terms:
I send attachments to clients and when I save and print out the emails that
were sent back & forth, there is no record of the actual attachments on my
end. That is, I can say I am attaching a file, but there is no way for me to
prove I actually did that. I refer to the attachment in the title (a form
number).
I have been getting clients who are questioning whether I sent them what
they needed.
Is there a way to print a list of the attachments sent with the actual email
& message? so that I can eventually trash my old emails.
OR
I think you all have discussed saving/archiving those emails for just such a
purpose.
How do I do that and save to a floppy or zip disk?
That way the attachments would show up in the attachments box above the
message if I open them in Entourage (not a word file.).
Is my question clear?

thanks for your help.
Linda
